• Assist guests with retrieving their pre-booked or walk-in tickets.
• Assist with keeping restrooms, main entrance areas clean and organized.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions.
• Provide guest with direction and information about the cinema.
• Cashier services, including credit card, cash, and gift card transactions.
• Assist guests with general inquiries including, but not limited to, house rules, events and show times.
• Maintenance and operation of guest ticketing kiosks.
